I did not know it actually kicked you out of game when your account time runs out, but apparently it does!

So apologies to those who I was talking to at the time, nothing I could do about it :(

(If someone could pass this on to Ava that'd be great - I have no idea how often she reads these forums)

it kicks you right when subscription fails to renew, if you pay with money.

it used to be, maybe still is, that if you paid with PLEX, it would remain active until the next downtime.
