We never really got much of a chance to interact either IC or OOC but I've always enjoyed the thoughts of Vikarion as a Caldari cut from the Kaalakiota cloth.

Vikarion always struck me as an in-between patriots and pragmatics... Not sure if that was actually the case of course, but the patriotic boasts intermingled with the dog-eat-dog world view always seemed to hint in that direction.
