Responding to Ayallah's post, assuming I get to work at 9am and then go to sleep at 11pm, I degrade down that pyramid by one step for every 2 hours until I bottom out.

On one hand, the lack of being able to 'see' the other characters is very weird, having come from various other MMOs.  That said, imagination is a wonderful thing and you don't have to worry about trying to find a way to position the models.
