04.21.69 YC - Born to Uramov Orak, a Caldari immigrant and Kataline Roe Louvaki, a Khanid native, on Jachanu IV, Khanid Kingdom. Uramov is a low level Perkone representative working for Hyasyoda in conjunction with Khanid Innovations / Kataline works as his secretary. Family is noted having lived in the Khanid City of Kilaharom in the Shosho Caldari Enclave, a poor to middle class-working slum of largely Caldari descent sponsored in part by Perkone and Hyasyoda for Expatriate State citizens working abroad. Life is difficult.

04.21.74-85 YC - Attends the Shosho District Municipal Institute for Child Education. Despite 'authority issues' young Simon receives high marks. Parents encouraged to enroll Simon in a more challenging institution.
*04.21.77 YC - Receives official [E] Class Temporary Hyasyoda-Perkone State Expatriate Citizenship ID [left cheek].

5.27.86 YC - An outsider among the local middle-to-upper class Khanid Students Simon struggles to fit in. Grades slip but high marks are received in oration and technical studies. 

11.27.87 YC ::INCIDENT REPORT:: Expelled for three standard planetary weeks due to a series of violent incidents involving a number of related students, including the hospitalization of one Jarrak Azara, whom was admitted to the Kilaharom Regional Hospital with a broken jaw. Preliminary investigation by school officials result in the temporary expulsion of all involved. 

12.20.87 YC - Returns to HRMK2SAYM; later approached by Hardin Yarris, HRMK2SAYM Athletic Director.
1.13.88 YC - Joins the HRMK2SAYM Boxing Team as a Youth Featherweight Boxer. Grades begin to improve drastically.
5.12.88 YC - Becomes Youth Featherweight Champion.
6.3.88 YC - Tests 'Above Average' (Upper 92nd Percentile) on Scholastic Midterms.
11.17.88 YC - Granted the Naval Athletic and Technical Scholarship, granted to applicants that show aptitude with technology and excels in a official Navy recognized sport.

2.11.90 YC - Enlists with the Royal Khanid Navy and attains rank of Petty Officer Third Class as a Cryptologic Technician upon the K.N.S. Absolution, a Coercer Class Destroyer.

2.11.90 - 2.11.94 YC - Spends four years combating Blood Raiders plauging the low security system Cabeki, Khanid Kingdom. Sees action in twenty three engagements.
*6.14.92 YC - Participates in the Royal Khanid Naval Boxing League. Moves up to Welterweight.
**3.20.94 YC ::INCIDENT REPORT:: Goes twenty three rounds with Heavy Weight Champion Haroun Ashir in RKN Annual Naval Boxing Tournament. Resulting TKO loss culminates in numerous broken bones, permanent facial scarring, loss of function in left eye and temporary brain-damage.

***3.20.94-2.11.94 YC - Spends remainder of service in orbit around Khanid Prime VII - Moon 2 - Khanid Works Shipyard in intensive care where he recieves surgory to replace his now defunct left eye with a synthetic prosthetic. It during this process Simon firsts tests positive for possible candidacy for Capsuleer training. This information is kept secret by Hyasyoda who refuses to allow RKN access to Simon. This effectively ends Simon's military career with the RKN.
2.11.94 YC - Receives Honorable Discharge Papers from Royal Khanid Navy.

3.4.94 YC - Contacted by Kamiko Hitari, Secretary for the Hyasyoda Council of Expatriated Affairs. Offered State Grant to return Caldari space for further testing to affirm RKN findings in regards to possible Capsuleer training. Hold placed on Hyasyoda leans against the family pending successful training. Simon accepts as repayment for his families sacrifices.
9.20.94 YC - Arrives at Hyasyoda Corporate Headquarters at Suroken, in the Tasen constellation of The Citadel region. Greeted by Kamiko Hitari, who is designated Simon's case worker. The two are noted to have shortly thereafter began a romantic relationship. Recieves full Hyasyoda-Perkone Corporate ID [re-branded left cheek]
1.10.95 YC - Enrolls in the School of Applied Knowledge Political Science Program. Majors in Corporate Law, Economics and Interstellar Trade.
7.8.96 YC - Kamiko Hitari becomes pregnant.
7.8.97 YC - Kamiko Hitari gives birth to a girl, Katariah Onia Louvaki, but dies in childbirth due to complications.
4.8.100 YC - Uramov Orak Louvaki dies of Derj's disease as a result of exposure to augumen used in the Sosho workers housing. Hyaysoda and Perkone denies fault, stating fault in local Khanid contractors.  This contributes to Simon's decision to work with the Caldari Buisness Tribunal. Kataline Roe Louvaki immigrates to the Caldari State to assist in raising her grand-daughter.

12.8.103 YC - Graduates SAK with a Bachelors in Political Science and Corporate Law with an Associates in Economics. Declines Hyasyoda's Capsuleer program.
* Obligation for family loans fall to Simon.
** The onset of national depression makes things especially difficult and the Louvaki Family lives in relative poverty.
*** The Louvaki Family Holdings Estate nears bankruptcy.
**** Begins fighting in underground boxing matches for extra cash.

1.2.104 YC - Lands job as a CBT Paralegal Adjutant to Kami Oritso in the Department of Corporate Investigations.
4.16.106 - 4.28.106 YC ::INCIDENT REPORT:: Enters Mount Horisho Regional Hospital. Exhibits knife wound to right leg and broken wrist. Local CPF investigation attributes attack due Boxing bet gone bad. Assailant was killed in attack. Case ruled as self-defense.

4.28.106 YC - 12.20.109 - Promoted to to Mediator Adjutant and Affairs Investigator to Kami Oritso after peacefully mediating a strike between workers of Caldari Provisions and the CP Board. Louvaki Family Holdings is kept from the brink of liquidation. 
4.1.110 - 111 YC - Caldari Constructions riot and rise of Tibus Heth leaves Simon and associates on edge. Kami Oritso suspects foul play. Changes made by Tibus Heth leave the CBT busy rooting out corporate corruption as the new Provincial Directorate begins to cease power. The invasion of Caldari Prime leaves everyone stunned. Simon returns to the School of Applied Knowledge part-time to study for his Doctorates.
2.11.111 - YC -Office of Kami Oritso aids in the investigation of Ishukone Corporation's offices in Oimmo system. Three-hundred arrests were made on the basis of aiding piracy and corporate corruption throughout the Mito constellation. For Simon's role in the investigation he is promoted to Partner, coupled with Kami Oritso. 
1.13.114 YC - Graduates SAK with a Doctorates in Political Science and
Corporate Law with a Bachelors in Economic. Re-applies for capsuleer training and resigns from the CBT.
1.13.115 YC - Founds the Sengokuvaa Kaltiovon using the Louvaki Family holdings as a lean.

I wonder though, under what circumstances does the CBT get involved in internal affairs and corruption investigations? It seems like the big corps would generally prefer to handle it themselves, and would be allowed to do so in pretty much all cases, while the smaller ones wouldn't merit the attention.

Its mostly when it involves other corporations from what I understand, although I very well may have over-reached in regards to their operations.

I think their main occupation is to settle business disputes betweens megas themselves.

I always figured that in the highly politicized and brutal world of Board Room politics and back room dealing that the CBT would have its own independent wing of lawyers and investigators to probe claims brought to the Courts to ensure the facts were uncovered. However its not a difficult thing to fix nor will it compromise who the character is, thanks for the feed back!

I'm sure they do, I just don't think it often involves corruption. An investigator is certainly plausible, just have to be careful about what they're investigating.

Total Re-haul of character history as well as style. Not really retconning anything stated publicly but I feel this seems a bit more reasonable and believable presentation. More fluff to come.
