Well, if CCP has presented Heth as a Caldari who in many respects lacks political nous and savvy then I suppose as leader of the State that has to be portrayed doesn't it?

It's not like any of the other major factions have not had their moments of displayed ineptitude or glaring faults on show.

Then CCP's policy is pretty much "fuck every faction" if I follow the reasoning.  :roll:
