To be honest, I am expecting this to be the explanation for the Templis Dragonaurs being a DUST NPC corp - while previously it was a bit of a stretch for an officially unconnected and unsanctioned terrorist group to have top-level State tech like that, after an incident like this it's rather more understandable. Even if not an official delivery of tech to the Dragonaurs, it's easier to see how some enraged Provist who was part of the State's DUST program to hand over the tech.

To be honest, I am expecting this to be the explanation for the Templis Dragonaurs being a DUST NPC corp - while previously it was a bit of a stretch for an officially unconnected and unsanctioned terrorist group to have top-level State tech like that, after an incident like this it's rather more understandable. Even if not an official delivery of tech to the Dragonaurs, it's easier to see how some enraged Provist who was part of the State's DUST program to hand over the tech.

Could also be an introduction of the Arkombine.

The EVE setting isn't usually one to involve solitary expert warriors fending off multiple opponents with sheer martial skill, except there is one new group that could do that now - DUST soldiers. Heth was one of the ones who ran first-generation clone programs, and one of the instigators of the Empyrean War. He's a high value target for angry clone soldiers, and it'd be easy for the resistance within the State to motivate one of them to take a contract.

I think that'd be entirely fair, though personally I am astounded at the stoicism shown but the Caldari rper community.  I was really expecting frothing apoplectic rage and hate crimes left and right.  It has been an odd, but rewarding, day for rp on my end.

Who liked him anyway?  The entire EA storyline essentially killed parts of the Caldari RP community at the time.

Sol likes him on the basis of 'leads massive charge to the homeworld, plants flag at perceived risk to his own life' - The books ruined it OOC, ICly I don't have the reader's digest of his crippling insecurity and Broker issues .
