Some historical blabs on my EVE roleplaying:
I decided to give EVE a try after a several months long persistent promo campaign by a friend about two years ago. Playing the game alone got kind of colourless, and my application to a null sec corporation didn't go through, probably because the api key information wasn't filled in correctly.
Then the events around the Luminaire titan caught my attention. I started to look for Gallente RP corporations, and was intrigued by the question "Tell about your views on secessionism and transhumanism" in an ancient recruitment ad by Strix or EL-G. I went to ILF, was totally bewitched by roleplaying and after about a year or so I had to leave EVE to get something done in real life.
After leaving Finland and settling down to Canada, I was ready to return but the role playing didn't kind of take off, so now I'm looking for new adventures.
