Hello all,

  So I just got back into playing EON.  I played for six months two or so years ago (toon was named Woody Debrigue), doing industry, but got bored and talked back into playing (redacted out of shame).  I used to hang out in The Athena and loved Gallente RP.  So a friend talked me back into playing the game, but it was distressing having to start over again, so I purchased a toon on the Character Bazaar (per the EULA I can not claim to be the orginal owner of the account, that's why I am mentioning it here).  I bought her because she was Gallente, had trained basic Indy stuff (the money making portion of the game I am used to), but also had some cool starting combat stuff.  I am training her towards Reconn/Exploration and maybe Stealth Bomber right now.  I am really interested in getting into an RP corp with a more PVP focus, though I am a noob at that stuff (unless you count sitting back and watching drones do the work).  I RPed in (redacted out of shame) for around four years.

The Athena, 6 months ago... hm... no, I can't remember you, (your older toon) but don't take that as an insult, I hardly even recall who was in STRIX at that time. My memory's funny like that.

If you are into Gallente (I'm assuming Pro-Federal) RP then Mixed Methaphor (CEO Andreus Ixiris) or The Eleutherian Guard (CEO Seriphyn Inhonores) might be for you. I'm not sure on MXD but I do know EL-G is a RP-in-corp-chat type corp.

Also, honest with you. It appears both of these don't have to many members, but their CEO's are active enough to be around on a daily basis and that means their corps are worth looking at at least, else they'd up and left long ago, likely.

EL-G forum is here; linky I'm not sure what the link to MXD's site was, I used to have it but not anymore.

And then there is the not-so-PRO-FED-rpers like the Intaki Liberation Front (ILF) and groups like that. Contacting Saxon Hawke for that one might be smart.

Should also mention Moira. too but I'm not sure how their stance on RP is these days, you will have to ask Julianus soter for that.

All of THAT out of the way, I hope you stick around adn enjoy yourself around here, few of us bite and fewer bite hard, so you should be good to go... Just... stay away from the candy-offering Amarrians and the drug-spiked coffe from nicely dressed serpents and your good to go.

You also might consider Re-Awakened Technologies, as we have a number of Gallente members (including the CEO and, well, me). We're no longer part of Electus Matari but have lots of PVP available.

If you like Industry and Political RP, the ILF could be awesome for you.

If you want to be more loyalist to the Fed, MXD and EL-G are great corps. Or, unless I'm mistaken, Ken has already tapped you for Federal Robotics.

Later character development for her (after I get some PVP skills) is to have a major life changing event and go pirate...but I have like a good six months before I am even close to joining a pirate outfit (I have no combat skills other than CovOps/Astrometrics).  So, it's back to exploiting planets.
