Flash for ANN (And Stuff)

First off, let me start by saying this is not an 'expose yourself to generate revenue for my site. I know some people here might take it as such. Anyways:

More recently, I was looking at getting 'Video Broadcasts' of events up on ANN. I have a few people in my corp who've expressed interest in newsreading, and I might even end up grabbing volunteers  out of OOC/Etc if this all goes to plan as well.

However, I'm of the opinion that such broadcasts need some kind of opening, as well as some kind of animated ticker + logo overlay for the video. I don't really have the expertise to animate or design such a thing, and really have no Idea where to start.

Does anyone know how to do this/have experience doing it and feel like helping me out? Can pay in ISK.  :)
