So, anyone seen this before?

Okay, so I briefly commented to a friend of mine yesterday that I found one of the decapitation-finishing move in AvP for the Predator to be a tad absurd.

Yes, I am talking about the one where he punches his wrist-blades into the (armored) chest of a marine, severs the spine and then rips his head off - OUT OF SAID CHEST.

This ofc led him to go all 'Oooh, I've seen worse' and the image above is supposedly his 'worse'.

All besides the point however as I can't bring myself to decide if I'm disgusted with, or interested in reading, the Web-comic this is supposedly from. And he won't tell me what it is, the bastard.

So, have anyone of you people seen this before, and if so, can you tell me?

Yah, I read that comic regularly - it's from Dominic Deegan. And that particular snip is from a couple years ago, I think.

It's generally not gross and gory like that, but there are darkish arcs every now and then.

Morwen's Law:
1) The number of capsuleer women who are bisexual is greater than the number who are lesbian.
2) Most of the former group appear lesbian due to a lack of suitable male partners to go around.
3) The lack of suitable male partners can be summed up in most cases thusly: interested, worth the air they breathe, available; pick two.

I've read u on Dominic Deegan some time ago and are now eagerly waiting for the new strip every week-day. Weekends are somewhat less fun now.

I have you to thank for this Morwen. Have a look in your in-game wallet for my small tanks. It's not much, but a token.

It is obviously entierly OOC - I am not funding no piratical Veto weakling here ;)

Personally I do not follow web comics daily, I save them for weekends, I seem to get more out of them that way.

I've read DD every day for years now.

I am quoting this post with invisible text (if you are using backward browsers that has a white background) for the purpose of implying that this poster's thoughts are my own and that I have no additional content worth adding to the discussion at hand for any and all foreseeable possibilities under the distinct impression that the discussion remains as it has been on the aforementioned subject so that I may continue to hold a safe and secure opinion of myself in that I do not have additional content worth adding.

Edit; Accursed scoundrels returning to the default theme! my invisible text is no longer invisible.

Hehe Dominic Deegan. Been reading that since 2001. I met Mookie while I was working at the first ConnectiCon in 2003; hilarious guy, and his love for good metal gives the darker arcs a great touch of humour along with the gore  :D

Thank you again Morwen.

DD is now over, so if anyone has not read it before and want to read a finished webcomic with the extra added bonus that it's utterly awesome, you can follow the link provided in this paragraph.

Mookie's new web-comic looks promising as well, it's been rather nice so far. I also got a serious vibe of Star Bound from it (and the transition from Fantasy to Sci-Fi also reminded me of the transition from Terraria to Star Bound as well.)

First off, the image don't exist anymore, I actually re-checked.

Secondly and more importantly, Morwen provided the link to the actual comic and pretty much made it clear it's not just gore. I think any DD readers on these boards can testify to that, tbh.

Sidenote: Now I kind of regret bumping this tread first as it served it's purpose years ago, and I did find the more important one I made right after and updated that one, making this rather redundant and wasteful, tbh.

Anyhow Makkal, if you like web-comics at all give DD a twirl for the first 20 or so stripes, at least. IT won't take long and should let you know if your interested or not.

Oh, so the image was not some spider/woman hybrid getting decapitated?
Hmm, I think I should see a psychiatrist then...

Not just quoting myself for lulz. :P

The comic is actually finished as of a week ago, so you can read the whole thing from start to finish now. Mookie is working on another comic that I haven't looked at yet.

It's imageshack being all userfriendly. You've got to click 'Continue to the Media' to get it. It's somewhere to the right, below the navigation buttons.
