I trawled the eve-wiki for character bios that

a) belonged to characters I knew were still active
b) had an easily extractable snippet that didn't require rewriting

I kinda assumed that if something was on the eve-wiki people wouldn't have a problem with it having wider currency.

CCP timestamped the news item to make it appear closely linked to the liberation of the system. . .
