Short Description:
Casiella generally dresses in a utilitarian manner, though occasionally appears in public at social gatherings in modern Sebiestor fashion, or occasionally the latest Gallente designs. Her traditional voluval tattoo appears on her abdomen and signifies "Chaos".

Other Public Info:
Casiella graduated from Pator Tech several years ago. Her father, a senior Sebiestor tribal bureaucrat, died of natural causes shortly after her graduation. Her mother continues to reside in Eram, Metropolis. Casiella has had public ties in the past to groups associated with the Sansha Nation and Intaki Syndicate, but currently operates independently in the Republic.
