Season Two trailer

Well, Jessica Jones was good. Gotham was good. I despaired. How would I find something as good to watch as these two? Lo and behold, HBO parted the veil and revealed something so much better than the both of those that I was floored. This season showcases actors knocking it straight out of the park, with writing that sends chills down your spine and directing and visuals that won't stop putting a grin on your face. I can't hype this thing enough. It's easily the best TV series I've seen in years.

When it goes and outdoes the first season so easily, that's saying something.

On top of that, it's pretty much the best seventies porn you'll ever find. Every detail in clothing, style, houses, interior decorating, culture, politics and so on is delivered with mindblowing accuracy and gorgeous style. It's just fantastic.

Even Stephen King just tweeted that the latest episode was the best television he'd seen in three years.

I personally can't recommend it enough and I think a lot of people here would really enjoy that series.

Interesting, even though I really dislike the 70s...

Does it suffer from the HBO boobs syndrome?

I'd make the claim that there's surprisingly little boning so far, but then the shock and horror at nipples is more of a 'murcan thing so I can't really say. It's not something I notice.
