I would say Tash-Murkon or Kor-Azor, both have flaws but, both are better for the possibility of peace than the conservatives like Ardshipur or even worse, King Khanid.

From a totally OOC perspective though, I want to see Khanid win because that would be lots of intrigue and drama no doubt, and it will harden my characters in their resolve against the Empire, because though for different reasons both Val and Lana hate the Kingdom, but, Val at least doesn't hate the Empire itself, if Khanid were on the throne she probably would be pushed into the realm of hate for the whole Empire.
