DED Threat Assessment:low
Notes: Possible risk of minor altercations with Republic forces, monitor activity in Republic space, low priority

Personality Assessment: Has had rare but intense fits of manic personality shifts, no risk of self harm but becomes incredibly reckless during these times. Claims they are God 'stirring her inner flame', refused treatment. Risk Assessment: Low, but present.

Internalized self loathing as a result of slavery's effect on development, risk of suicide minimized due to religious devotion. Risk Assessment: Nil

Anger. Normally pleasant and upbeat personality gives way to intense rage when provoked. Not necessarily physically violent, but has resulted in altercations. Triggers mainly involve questioning of her loyalty to the empire due to her lineage, or insults regarding her status as an empire citizen despite Brutor blood. Risk Assessment: Moderate

Overall Risk Assessment: Low. Loyalty to Empire unquestionable, no predilections to piracy or other outlaw behaviors despite anger issues.

Physical Assessment: Tall and well built, she keeps herself in good physical shape despite her now less intensive life. Her hair is long and black, kept straight and pulled back in a braid or ponytail to stay out of her face. Dark skin and green eyes mark her Brutor ancestry and, frankly, make her stand out in many gatherings of Amarr loyalist freemen. One eye is white, with mild scarring around it and the nearby cheek, now surrounded by a blue tattoo she calls her 'divine eye'. Internal cybernetics allow the 'broken' eye to function as normal, but she insists on keeping the scarring and white color despite that.

Physical Ability: Peak, minor enhancements

Common Knowledge History: Shal was born the only daughter to her mother, another in a long line of Brutor bloodline slaves in the Amarr Empire. Her mother was an environmental scientist and her father was a fellow slave, a surveyor and the son of a True Amarr and a slave. She took after her father in aptitude in the more physical tasks, spending much of her childhood helping in the house's massive farm holdings.

Officially speaking Shal and any hypothetical siblings she would have had is considered a True Amarr by virtue of her father's bloodline (and a decent bit of politicking from her Holder), this helped her emancipation process a good bit when the time came, considering when it came to looks she took after her mother very strongly. It's a fairly poorly kept secret that her father was chosen for her mother to give her bloodline a foothold in emancipation as a reward for long and loyal service. Functionally speaking her racial identification has an unspoken asterisk next to it when social matters come up.

She took the the Amarr faith well, quickly becoming a loyal devotee. Her Holder took this as a sign she was to be nurtured for 'uplifting' out of slavery. She, and other children like her, were allowed extra freedoms, both as prizes for their devotion and study, and as tests to see how they would handle true freedom. She wasn't a perfect child, she got into scrapes like any youth would, but through them she showed that she would be just as functional in Amarr society as any Trueblood's child would be.

When she was sixteen she was allowed to crew on a mining ship on one of the nearby moons, and experienced space travel for the first time. Though the job was quick, and frankly involved little more than sitting in an asteroid belt with her homeworld looming nearby, she clearly enjoyed it and developed a strong interest in space exploration.

At eighteen she was given to a military ship's crew for a one year stint, another test to see if she could handle the more militaristic aspects of the Empire's way of life, and their inevitable conflict with her own people. To some deal of surprise she seemed to take to the task moderately well. She wasn't happy to fight, but to her the Amarr were her people, she was raised in the Empire and nurtured in its faith. She understood she wasn't true Amarr, and she did maintain some links to her ancestry (mainly an interest in their tattooing and piercing traditions, as well as their music and arts, one of the easiest ways a slave could show individuality when they were freed), but she felt more a connection to them than her bloodline's bond to the Republic.

When she returned her Holder sponsored her enrollment into the Imperial Academy when she made her interest in spacefaring known to him. She was a good student, not top of her class, but she graduated with a strong record behind her. At some point shortly after her academy career she got into a fight with a fellow student that ended in them exchanging live fire in Amarr space. Neither were harmed seriously, but Shal's ship was severely damaged, and an explosion within caused heavy damage to her face and eye. Most was able to be repaired, but she insisted on leaving the damaged eye's appearance and the burns on her cheek as 'a reminder of the cost of loss'.

Upon graduation she was granted full emancipation, the first of her mother's line to be set free fully from slavery. Her Holder even granted her a hefty loan and a personal recommendation for her Capsuleer licensing process.

Currently she is, officially, a freelance worker with intent to pay back her former Holder's loan.

Few comments.

First off, I note that you rolled True Amarr in-game. It should be noted that in EVE, most things are treated IC and the race is one such area. People will call this out IC. As such as I will recommend that the character be a slave of mixed True Amarr and Brutor descent. This sort of thing would likely be a point of either turmoil or pride.

Similarly you mention interest in tattoos, note that slaves are not allowed to get tattoos. She could have gotten one after being freed, though.

Lastly, becoming a capsuleer requires a pre-existing degree. Being sponsored by a Holder might have allowed her to bypass this requirement, or perhaps allowed her to pursue a degree and capsuleer license simultaneously at the Academy, but you may want to consider upping her age a little and adding a higher education either before or after her emancipation, before she became a capsuleer.

Beyond that, it looks good to me. :) Next time I see you in-game I'll drag you to the Amarr channels.

Awesome, thanks for the help! Yea I kinda left her parent's exact ancestry vague because I wasn't 100% on how 'pure' she was, did a little rejiggering with her educational background and made her  overtly mixed race. Always glad to hear feedback, especially if it's getting my stuff more in line with lore  :D
