Been a while since we had one of these.

I've been going with an old favorite lately:

Usually I run some EVE background but hard to say no to an Ampisound wallpaper.

It's weird come to think of it though, I never launch stuff via the desktop anymore. Usually only see the background on my secondary monitor.

Have you tried the Arma2 version? I'm apprehensive.

No, I haven't. I've looked over some videos and must say it looks pretty good. I guess I'll wait for 128 player server on BF2 first.
Also I fear this is a bit OT now. Ahem. Sorry. :D

I don't really use my desktop. Had to dig through several strata of windows to get down there - and I turned off desktop icons because it was a hellish mess.

The image is something I cobbled together from string to approximate this: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6875807/2011-09-09_00001.jpg

The large dot is Earth, the small one is the Moon.  The image was taken by the Juno spacecraft a mere 9.66 million kilometers away on its way to Jupiter.

It is interesting to see what Icons people have on their desktops.
