I wouldn't usually comment an individual's application to GRD here, but since the situation is a bit exceptional...

We are currently getting so many applications into GRD from RPers with suitable background (as opposed to people we'd not want to hire :P) that we have had to actually start up a waiting list, or we will have so many rookies we won't be able to integrate them into the corporation properly.

Valiren, among half a dozen other promising folks, has been interviewed and accepted but is waitlisted pending an opening.

We won't, obviously, mind someone else offering while we cannot. :)
