I view all the embroidered jackets as a type of military dress uniform. Only thing I want right now is the ability to cut the bottom off some of the tops and go for the bare midsection look.

The embroided jackets are Amarrian. There doesn't seem to be any sort of military uniforms, bar the Caldari camo pants that's only available to Caldari bloodlines.
