Do you guys think CONCORD assigns an agent to observe every capsuleer?  Like the watchers from Highlander?  That could certainly make for an interesting point of view for a short story.

Neat story!  It's a lot like one I've had rolling around my mind only Hamish doesn’t do any of the wet work in person.  He also has no interest in making the fellow suffer, only removing an annoyance

Those guys that hunt down the capsuleer narrator in Jita 4-4...they Caldari security or maybe "them" from CONCORD?
