Good that they admitted how half-assed these things were.

"We were going to make a cool story, you'd pick sides, and lots of RP. Then we just decided to throw NPCs at everyone."

Great.

And the event team still has no tools to do anything with....in fact even less than AURORA used to.

Come on CCP, hook these guys up.  

In any case, I hope that lessons learned go towards making these things better, cause let me tell you, I really fell out of the last half of the events once it became apparent how silly they were.

Dear lord their actor tools were worse than I thought.

On the flip side, player influence has had a greater impact than I imagined. The literal run and gun D&D table top style from the get go didn't strike me as how they were doing because of how professional it seemed. Some influence was noticeable yeah, but wow :O

Ah, well, nice to know how things went and here's to hoping they get more resources in the future.

I really hope they get things back to the way they used to be with the obviously needed improvements. EvE has completely lost its luster for me ever since AURORA went tits up.
