Personality: Usually calm and relaxed, don't let it give the air of laid back and uncaring.  Passion runs deep, especially when attacked physically and mentally, and loyalties to those he has come to know and befriend run deeper than perhaps the blood in his veins.  Stoic yet he can take the form of his ships: strong, unrelenting, and honorable.  Isn't one to open up unless it is to someone close.

Physical Appearance:  Not overly imposing, rather someone who could be seen and forgotten rather quickly.  Average height and build, yet carried with a sense of purpose.  Hazel, sometimes vacant eyes, with at first a shaved, yet now bald head, with a metal plate covering much of the head.  Rather casual in clothing selections for casual day to day wear: utility pants with a comfortable long sleeved shirt and rather relaxing shoes to round it out.  Sure his face may look a bit aged, but he usually figures he looks young for his age compared to other Amarrians.  When walking around stations or even planet side, he generally does not give the air of being a capsuleer.

History:  Born into a small Holding family on the barren planet of Faswiba IV, his family owned a number of small mines.  From a young age, he often got out and ran around the facilities, a freedom not typical in systems closer to the homeworlds.  In general, even though slaves were kept by the family, the conditions were rather well in comparison to other worlds.  Dewgong would even venture forth and befriend a few and be told stories and learn games, even being taught how to fight somewhat.  While his family would public condemn the actions, truthfully it was only to keep appearances.  At some point, probably when he was 7 or so, he recalls being taken to space for the first time.  Nerves shot, he had only dreamed of going into space, seeing the hauling and civil ships come and go from port, seeing feeds and various images from the galnet, but the moment the ship rocketed off of the platform and began to reach higher and higher into the heavens, his heart jumped.  It jumped so high he could've sworn it felt like he jumped over the entire planet, feeling the artificial gravity keeping him in his seat while he stared out of the window.  The planet dwindled in size as they began warp, the warp tunnel, the shifting stars and the sun moving seemingly so fast.  When they had finally docked, space no longer visible from the window, he did not want to get up.  He did not want to miss it.

From that point on, he was obsessed with becoming a pilot, looking up everything he could about the subject, the ships, the science, not understanding most of it.  He pestered his parents about sending him to the academy in which they assured he might be able one day, but that he was to inherit the business first.  Eventually as the years passed, he was able to save up his own money from selling spare parts to local vendors, visiting the stations with his parents to build relationships with various shop owners and even trading and bringing some good back to the planet.  With this money he informed his parents, who by this time already knew and granted him his wish.

After enrolling into the academy, he began his career, not exactly excelling in anything outside of war and combat studies.  He made several friends, in which he often spent his extra time with.  Upon graduation, he joined one in a corporation that had an opening based in Caldari space.  A bit out of his element, he eventually returned to Amarrian space in a new corp, and not even a year after becoming a pilot, he had helped to found the Fidelas Constans Alliance [FCON].  From there he focused almost entirely on combat application and theory as the alliance fought alongside CVA to guard and protect the Providence region from forces that sought to disrupt the Empire's domain.

That all changed when war erupted over the region, the nearby Catch settlers invaded and drove out all friendly forces.  While fighting the good fight, and having only honor and respect from the field of battle, Dewgong and FCON began to settle elsewhere.  Shortly afterwards, due to changing alliance policies and loyalties, Dewgong regretfully left and began to wander.  At first he found himself back in Faswiba for a short period of time, visiting his parents and telling of his exploits.  It was then that they let him know, or at lest hint at a family secret.  They gave him coordinates for a spot in a system in Aridia.  At his parent's urging, he left to investigate.

After the encounter, a shaken Dewgong went on to visit various worlds, taking time to get his thoughts in order.  Even going so far as to contact the Clergy within the Empire and within CVA, joining their ranks to purge the blood within.  However, he would not succumb.  Deep down he knew it to be true, to be right.  Within, a fire was lit and pride swelled up within him again.  With this, he left CVA, to roam the stars yet again, this time, as a follower of his Sani Sabik sect.  It took nearly a year before he would return to confront his parents, but after confirming and easing him, he at least felt peace, something he hadn't felt since flying into space.  He reflected upon his choices and while almost being too open to the point where even the CVA has forever branded him a traitor, he flew as a normal person back into space.

Soon he was hopping between corporations, lending his combat experience to bring up rather fresh folks and to help fight in causes he deemed worthy and just, even going so far as to join the Minmatar's Capsuleer Militia, flying alongside other pilots who for years he had considered enemies yet honored friends.  He sat down one day, however, and from the pace of it all, he needed a break.  He finally returned home, having given up his pilot's status for what he thought would be forever, taking over the business from his parents.

Nearly a year later, the memory of going into space the first time kept popping up, especially as he took transports to the stations within Faswiba.  There was something there in which he couldn't ignore or push away.  He has since began stretching out his pilot's legs and is ready to travel and experience the cosmos yet again, hoping to bring light on the way of Sani Sabik, so he and his family will not have to live without fear of prosecution on the outskirts of the Empire.
