I'm definitely not the best person to comment here, but there are a number of ways you could institute/catalyze a personal change of character. Could be a political movement, a social pressure, an outstanding event that she experiences first- or secondhand, the intervention of another player, familial concerns, ethnic self-discovery, the list goes on. She's quite young, and is likely more supple of mind, therefore being open to possibilities that jaded vets would humbug. Clone age means she's probably not short on SP, so she likely isn't limited in terms of profession.

There seems to be a trend right now toward Intaki and Syndicate affairs ramping up: maybe that's a wave she could ride with the right reasoning.

As the saying goes, that's my 0.02 ISK.
