The covenant sowing general discord among enemies is fine and dandy but it's no fun to remain anonymous unless it's part of a good 'ole covenant scheme to do...something?

Omir does need a good kick in the arse and to be excommunicated (liquified) post-haste, for repeated silliness.  I nominate yours truly to lead the Covenant in a new and delicious direction.

I'd rather this particular plot though stick to Amarr/Amatar/Republic though, plenty of good material there and the Republic has gotten shorted so much for events and fiction for years.

I'd love for more agency and overt action on the Republic's part, but as it stands leaving the originator uncertain really does make this from the Amarr side. It's almost certainly Sabik loyalists in the Kingdom that are the cause, though; so much of this looks targeted at opponents of Chakaid... :3

So, imagine you've got this alliance of mainly fighters, getting wrapped up in wardecs and capsuleer politics as one tends to do when you have fighters around.

You've got a strange bunch of nerds, some newbros freshly into EVE, some nullsec types, and a lot of inbetween, all on your voicecomms, revealing odd music they like or odd hobbies or whatnot. We're bashing structures or whatever it is that night, we're all telling stories, and a few about events and such back in the day.

Now we as a corp, Tzedakah, we're the RPers around here, but AM as a whole doesn't recruit from an RPer direction, we most focus on our other aspects to new folks. It's made clear that we intend to help the Amarr side, most agree with that 'whatever that means', but it's the Conclave and CEOs who care about that, the rest are usually with us because they just want to fly in our ops, or to do whatever it is we're doing, not because of the logo or description.

Suddenly, these various fighter pilots all at once have a much stronger than expected interest in all that. The questions start coming. At first it's history and cool things that went down, but eventually it's background and...bios? These guys want help with character backgrounds? Wait...

This, friend, is what happens when you let people enjoy the setting and get immersed, without 'saying' the word roleplayer, which makes people think of a fat kid in a cheap robe throwing wads of whatever and yelling "lightning bolt" - everybody wants to roleplay, but nobody wants to be a 'roleplayer'.

Awesome that you've got stuff like that developing, hopefully we see some of those pilots here on Backstage soon!  This place needs some new blood breathing new perspectives into it.
