So the people with the biggest epeens win free game time and isk.

Pretty much. People are already suggesting that next time they should cynojam the system. I happen to agree.

Do it in an incursion'ed lowsec constellation. Added hilarity due to instalocking gate rats and such.

I like the implications of Gallentians being punched in the face by walking up to a Minmatar as they so freely use another person's culture as a fad.

While I don't think they're so disconnected from the game to not know they were going to get hotdropped, I am speculative as to why they didn't cynoprotect themselves.

I really don't know what to say about this, other then a big loud sigh of disappointment and this:  :bash:

Also wondering why, in response to this, the devs couldn't pull in their own supercaps. Some Aeons here, some Nyxes there, and throw in a few Revenants to boot. Unless, I missed it somewhere that they weren't allowed to use cap ships.

Sadly for them PL didn't.

Cyno-jamming the system or fighitng in sansha infected areas might be a requirement for any proper fight agaisnt CCP - after all, if they are reportedly loaded with loot of that grade, few seem willing ot offer a proper 'fight' other than to do what they can to secure victory and the loot.

Apologies for the previous inflamatory post. PL rubs me the absolute wrong way.

They should have waited until 1 Dec and deployed a bunch of Tier 3 Battlecruisers and no Battleships.   Reduce the effectiveness of capital ships and battleships.
