No, I like to support well done posts or well made points, not as a representation of what my character would agree with.   Reinforcing what I consider 'good rp' in a way.

edit: seems most use them IC, I may change to that just to keep consistency.

OOC. Always OOC. It's not like somebody is going to pull me up some day in-game and say, "Hey, you unliked my post. What gives?"

I only like things that either amuses me or is informative for me IRL.

OOC for me, I mean I post in other parts of the forum and I treat IGS the same for likes.

My IGS likes are always IC. Rest of forum (and thus a character's total likes) are OOC.

I spend quite a bit of time in the Like and Get Likes thread, so I obviously don't consider total likes to be IC. Actually, a huge portion of my EVE interaction with people and having acquaintances I like have come out of that thread. It is the nicest place on the entire forums. We have our own Slack and everything. =P

My own likes are IC, and I tend to view likes given as IC as well.
If it really matters wether a like is IC or not, I will ask the player which it was. Last time this happened was when Anslo liked one of Ché's light-hearted posts not long after he threatened to kill him.

TBH my wormhole forum likes can be considered IC too.

I guess I'm always IC....
