I like it! The only thing I'd add would be to call out the intermediate range between brawling and kiting as a specific strategy. This is the realm of ships (usually smaller hulls) that operate at the bare edges of scrambler range. Ships in this range often rely on transversal or falloff tanking, and are armed with semi-short range weapons (autocannons with barrage, rockets, etc), and must be able to kite their target to some extent. Typically they'll be fit with afterburners, to allow them to dictate range on a scrambled and/or webbed opponent.
