EVE BONUSES FOR OWNING DISTRICTS:
Since this information only exists in random posts around the forums and a video I wanted to get it in a more central and verifiable location.

There will be three EVE bonuses, one for each SI. The bonuses will be as follows:

A bonus to the manufacturing time of POS around that planet.
A bonus to the fuel consumption of POS around that planet.
A bonus to PI output on that planet.
We are not at this point ready to disclose which SI these bonuses are attached to, their exact percentages, or how the stacking of them will work.

We can say that the bonuses will apply to all members of your corporation and the other corporations in your alliance. As in yes, these are alliance wide bonuses. :)

So, POS's around temperate worlds are more efficient.... interesting.  I may end up moving a POS at some point.

Yes, yes it will be.

However, remember that the initial deployment of planetary conquest will be in a single lowsec region.

Inb4 Aridia or Molden Heath.

Though, given the news articles about House Sarum lubing up to shove its dicklaiming into things, Metropolis and Heimatar seem like likely candidates.

Morwen's Law:
1) The number of capsuleer women who are bisexual is greater than the number who are lesbian.
2) Most of the former group appear lesbian due to a lack of suitable male partners to go around.
3) The lack of suitable male partners can be summed up in most cases thusly: interested, worth the air they breathe, available; pick two.

Apparently, the Magic 8-ball (SiSi) has revealed districts created in lowsec Molden Heath, along with Nullarbor mentioning on DUST forums that hisec systems are not included in planet-to-planet clone jump distance calculations, "having said that, I am neither confirming nor denying there will be high security systems in any paths, just explaining how it works".

Would work quite fine with the recent news, too, with Sarum wanting to start a new offensive. Can't attack using traditional means? Let's unleash the mercenaries.
In case you haven't seen this, district counts and moons around temperate planets:
Of course, "the devs are trolling" is a possible option, too.
