Hello again everyone. Just as we did with the T1 frigates, we've done a quick pass over the T1 cruisers to look for obvious places where they needed adjustment. As always it's important to note that changes like these take time to settle into the EVE meta, so we want to make small changes and watch the results. Once past the initial tiericide maintaining these ships is a lot like seasoning a soup, take it slow and adjust to taste.

So here's our first set of follow-up tweaks to help with little issues that have appeared surrounding T1 cruisers.

The changes include a reduction to the electronics systems on the Support Cruisers (Lock range, scan resolution and sensor strength) to make them more vulnerable to electronic warfare and further distinguish them from their tech two counterparts.
We are also giving some moderate improvements to the two lowest performing attack cruisers, the Stabber and Omen.

Adjustments are:

Augoror:
-2.5km Lock Range
-85 Scan Resolution
-1 Sensor Strength

Exequror:
-70 Scan Resolution
-1 Sensor Strength

Osprey:
-2.5km Lock Range
-70 Scan Resolution
-1 Sensor Strength

Scythe:
-85 Scan Resolution
-1 Sensor Strength

Omen:
-600,000 Mass

Stabber:
Change falloff bonus from the 7.5% per level to the standard 10% per level
+25m3 Dronebay and 25mbit bandwidth
