Ah. I had read about that arc, but the implication that the Sleepers were actually doing stuff to the Rogue Drones never seemed implied to me. It would have probably helped if I ran it, but I never have.

Well the Mysterious Drone does things and Rogue Drones act in support of the Mysterious Drone.

Or appear to be doing so.
