Try as I might, and believe me I did, (burnt through two trials doing a dry run of amarr rp plus I wanted to see the new dessies which I didnt look at on simca) I can never leave the state.

Edit: To actually answer your question a bit better I'm not really sure yet. It takes me a while to plan out a character usually. I do have some running ideas in the practical/patriot side of things though. Maybe a hybrid of both we'll see.

I loved Simca. Thus far she is the best character I've ever made in this or any other game I've RPd in. Looking forward to coming back though, and I think I might try playing a male character again. It's been a while lol.
