The first thing that people notice about Thom is his hair. It's big and golden and in everyone's face. It is a marketing point for him, as he sells tiny hair maintenance drones.

Currently his small corporation is devoted to installing miniature Pleasure Hubs into existing stations, particularly in Amarrian regions. He customizes them to meet local sensibilities.

His previous employment includes a stint with the Amarrian loyalists Yulai Guard.
