I'm honestly not seeing that big of a difference, but it's probably more subtle than the Caldari/Gallente v3 update.

True. After cleaning myself up, I realized that they pretty much just looked like the Navy/T2 modles of these ships, just in the Amarr civilian colors.

The biggest change I noticed was in the Prophecy, but its red glowing eyes strike me as awfully blooder
