TLDR: Main corps in Protectorate sent out a message stating anyone blue to I-RED in the Protectorate had to reset us or be left out in the cold. So they reset us =)

Not like we are fighting their wartargets or anything. We also only shoot our KOS targets.. plus the reset is old news happened long before we flew with SF (The ONE time lol).
