The arm length looks fine to me. I stood up and tested it myself. It just looks freakish because it's so thin. It's disproportionate to the rest of her body, as if she has some sort of paralytic disease that prevents the use (and thus, muscle growth) of her arms.

I have a friend who has a genetic disease that keeps fat from building up anywhere but the core of her body...she looks sort of like that, except also pregnant.
