How does one submit IC facts and data for the "Did you know?" function on these forums?

I'd love to add some lore and detail from the Anarchist perspect and JF/SF history. Is this possible to do ?

I'm not sure how often we go through and add new ones, but I'll try and remember to take a look sometime this weekend.
