Gambling. Caldari are crazy gamblers. Most of it is legal, but I'd bet NOH does have a share in the illegal gambling venues, too - either directly or indirectly.

The gambling is an aspect of Caldari culture that might be explored more in general really. In fact, I might just make a thread...
