Funny story about that. You lot might get a kick out of it.

During the course of my recent journalism, I spoke with a gentleman whom I will implicitly not name, per his request... a gentleman intimately involved with the Canadian production and storywriting of Stargate SG-1 back in the day. Said gentleman stated in no uncertain terms (long after SG-1 went into re-runs,) that there is a very good reason why SG-1 introduced a powerful, theocratic antagonist with a beautiful queen at the helm.

Said gentleman said a lot of the SG-1 writers played Eve. Yep, Adria is Jamyl Sarum ;)

Correct.

However Jamyl was around far, far before that event.
