This may have been in before, but if that's been the case I must have seriously repressed the memory of it.
Anyway, in the current version of the oh-so-snazzy character creator - on display at Singularity - features a double name field. When you create a character you get to enter a first name and a family name, and the family name has a random generator button if you don't feel like making one up.
First of all, it seems we can now have three-part names, and possibly even more. I know I've seen some double names in the Intaki family name generator.
Secondly, there seems to be a separate name generator for each bloodline!
