Hello, I have been on and off Eve for years, I always start fall in love with it and then quit a few months later because I can't get myself emmersed or make any close contacts. Over the past year I have started to look into RPing for the first time.  Ran a stent with a few MUDs which was a lot of fun, but I missed the visceral immersion of actually playing a game. I am thrilled there is an active and mature RP community here. I really hope I can get involved and finally fall in love with Eve the way I keep hoping I will.

My character is an Amarr drone pilot, who runs WHs almost exclusively. I have some ideas about a back story but I will leave that till I get more plugged in around the RP scene. I will say however that he is heavily involved with Gallente culture and ships so I don't plan to have him be an Amarr loyalist.

Any direction on good places to start would be appreciated.
