Looks like we got a glimpse of what the DUST/EVE interaction will be:

If I were to guess, the planetary bases will be like hangars and where EVE players can offer equipment to be used in missions (so you may have to ship the stuff behind enemy lines first).  The orbital construction platforms would be where you make DUST stuff.  Not sure about the test orbital, but the custom office falls under "orbital infrastructure".

there's an item in the database, called "test mercenary base", description is: "This base houses some mercenaries for testing. What are they being tested for? Well, wouldn't you like to know..."

and some others too, with similarly odd descriptions
