Does shooting cops/customs bring a CONCORD response these days? What is the faction vs corporation hit or is there a difference?

Do cops/customs alternate targets like sentry guns? Will they shoot logi's?

Sorry to sound all super noob but it has been EONS since I have done this.

Sorry to sound all super noob but it has been EONS since I have done this.
I really don't think shooting Navy ships will bring CONCORD, unless it's CONCORD you shoot. I know that it will bring more, bigger Navy/Customs ships though and is inadvisable.

I don't have a better answer, sorry. I tend to just let them web me into warp and ignore them (I've only been harassed b/c of low Fed standings).
