I've been playing Eve since March 2010, wondering why I waited so long to accept my lil bro's invite ever since.
I've never played tabletop RPG's are run around town pretending to be a vampire (edit: hey, CCP is making a game based on that
), but I find it somewhat important to have san in-world purpose when playing MMO's. Since Eve is in a sandbox scifi setting, I think it gives the more leeway than any MMO I've played before in regards to roleplay. However, my definition of roleplay includes anyone playing the game under a set of rules that vary at all from someone who just logged in for the first time.
I have three accounts and I like to think all of my characters have a in-world purpose, but I would like to flesh some of them out. I may also be interested in fleshing out some aspects of Caldari culture and maybe even participating in full-blown roleplay with one or more of my mains.
Anyway, been a reader here for awhile, looking forward to contributing.
