History:

Common Info (Only requires basic research)
In his first life, Jari was a rather unknown person, not much info is available for this life because of that. From what can be pieced together, he was a farmer on his homeworld for his life, a devout follower of the Intaki faith. When he was near death from some unknown sickness he applied for a 'rebirth' with his local temple. It was agreed, but on a condition. His new body would be an experiment in diplomacy, an Amarrian noble was interested in this process, and agreed to be 'mother' to the child if they would use her DNA as well, in effect, making the child to be reborn half Amarr and half Intaki. It is unknown what Jari's first name was, but it was decided he would take her name after 'birth'.

Jari was reborn promptly, on Amarr Prime. He was educated in Amarrian culture as well as Intaki, taking many trips between his mother's holdings and his father's estate. He was taught the sciences of nature by his father while his mother trained him to navigate the stars. Young Jari took to the latter well, loving his space training, even the more theoretical technical talk he didn't fully understand. He decided as a youth that the life of a pilot was for him.

When he came of age he was granted dual-citizenship in the Gallente and Amarr empires, as well as his very own ship, a small shuttle from his father. It was far from the vast battleships he saw doing maneuvers with his mother, but it is still one his most cherished ships. He began his career as an explorer, probing wormholes and studying anomalies, selling his results to whoever would pay most. After a time, though, he began training under his respective empires to hone his skills better. The Amarr taught him military tactics, granting him his Punisher class ship 'God's Eye' upon completion of his training. The Gallente taught him industry and exploration showing him how to operate his ship when not in combat, and how to create his own goods. These twin educations shaped Jari very strongly, showing him that both sides were important for their own roles. The Amarr prepared him to defend himself, and to fight his rivals, and the Gallente taught him to study the universe and find use for his skills outside of war.

Soon enough he was on his own, a young man with the upbringing of two very different cultures. He has turned his back on the Intaki faith, finding a home in the temples of Amarr it seems, though he still honors many Intaki cultural customs, including his full support of 'rebirth' still. Surprisingly, he does not use his travels as a chance to preach, only speaking faith with people who want to or those he knows well. Now he simply plies his trade as an explorer and salvager, making a decent living as he can and seeming quite content with his new life.
Uncommon Facts (Require some effort to find, must be familiar with either Amarr or Gallente culture depending on which is the origin of the rumors)
*Jari was no farmer, but rather a pirate in his old life. Jari Karis, a minor player in a now destroyed pirate cell.

*Jari owns his own personal Sin Eater, modified slightly to be a less torturous device, he uses it for meditation and important prayers, as well as self-flagellation.

*His mother is attempting to get him to join in the politics of Amarr, though he has no interest in it.

*He finances multiple small research organizations in Gallente space to research genetic disease and improve agriculture in the empire.

*His ships have multiple 'smuggler's holds' built into them, implying he takes many side jobs moving illegal goods through assorted empires.

*He is a trained inquisitor, highly skilled in assorted torture methods, including all major Amarr tools. He does not use this skill often, but he has reportedly tortured pirates before handing them to the bounty office.
Rare Facts (Require first hand knowledge, Jari's own admission, or very detailed research into his life and family.)
*His mother is grooming him for politics because she has no other heirs. Jari's oldest sister is not his sister at all, but rather adopted from some colony as a baby, only he has the Katir blood.

*He is aware of his pirate past life, but in only small amounts, before rebirth he requested a memory block on his past life, but it is slowly beginning to malfunction and let hints slip past.

*His first life ended of a genetic disease, one he is still at risk for though he shows no symptoms yet.

*He makes constant payments to a small farm in his Intaki homeland, even he is unsure why beyond 'it feels like the right thing to do'. The residents there are a widow being cared for by her grown children.

*As a child in his second life he spent many times in Sin Eaters, training him to endure torture, but leaving him almost masochistic as a result.

*He owns two slaves due to his mother's status as a Holder, both Minmatar, it is unclear if this is just a result of his family and a technicality, or if he actively sought them out to purchase. All that is known is that they stay on his mother's estate with her own, and he does visit home often.

*His relationship with his father is strained, he thinks Jari has turned his back on who he was, and disapproves of some of the rumors about how well he took to Amarr life. They haven't spoken in years.
Things Jari does not know, but could be knowledge of others:
*The family he sends money to is actually the widow and children of one his his fellow pirates. During a raid by bounty hunters he left the man to die and is haunted by nightmares about it. He thinks this nightmares are just that, though.

*His father died a year ago, he requested specifically that no word be sent to Jari, saying 'he can stay in his golden hell, don't let me bother that'. His estate and holdings are technically in Jari's name due to inheritance, though.

*His sister knows full well about her status as a child 'in name only', and has a bitter hate for Jari because of that, despite her acting caring for him.
