Wikipedia Guide?

Can someone give me a sort of general guide on how to create a wikipedia article?
I want to make an article for Nikita but it's...Well evelopedia seems to rather not like that idea.
Is there a template for it somewhere I could use? Etc? Etc?

If you want Wikipedia, though, as you stated, that's not an appropriate place for an article on an EVE character.

I'm not being funny... you said Wikipedia. That's a specific site. :oops:

Anyway, I fixed your page. Don't change the template as you use it. That includes capitalization, which was your primary problem here.

thanks Cassie, didn't realize the capitalization and formatting mattered, I'm not good at doing Wikipedia articles.
