Question About Anonymous Gifting

I figure someone here might know, what with some techie people we have around here.

Does anyone know of a way to give someone a gift (book) without any of your personal information being given to them? No name, location, nothing - on either side, the receiver or giver. Like, "here click this link and get a free book I bought for you."

Set up a new fictional named e-mail address. Pay with Paypal/Cryptocurrency through Amazon or something. Want to get real paranoid, do it all while using a VPN.

PayPal requires a verifiable address now. :(

Crypto doesn't, I'm pretty sure. Check out bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin etc.
