Boom goes the dynamite.
As to the original question, of course raping of men, women and children is a no-no.  Also, animals.  Internet spaceships, on the other hand, can be assaulted in every way with my full support no matter who's flying them.  It's p hard to imagine any such reference made on this forum not being in the context of pvp.  As mentioned above, it's a widely used slang whether we as individuals like/use it or not.
If you see something offensive report it.  The team will act quickly if you're clearly right; else there will be discussion before action is taken (if at all).  IIRC, the faq or somewhere does say the process is subjective.  Context is important.

This is a forum on steroids tbh. The rate at which content worth reading is being generated could get you pregnant.

Also, spoiler tags do not grant mod-immunity.

[mod]Locking the thread. Starting of with a clearly trolling premise 'Someone has a signature that mentions rape, so obviously we 'support rape' if we don't mod it'. Also, while we generally err on the side of being diplomatic, the fact that you chose to simply lie doesn't get to be overlooked. If you want to discuss moderation, you need to use the report button first, then ask about it. Just claiming you used the report button doesn't count.[/mod]

To answer the only non-trolling part of your question: If we don't see something because it is spoilered, we may be less likely to mod it. That is where using the report button comes in. The other situation where spoiler tags and modding intersect is if something might be modded for being a little NSFW (rather than a violation of the rules) we might request that it be put in spoilers instead of modding it - or in that specific case it may indeed not be modded if it is already in spoilers.
