Any "pre-warp" planets in New Eden?

I have an idea for a short story where wreckage from a battle or a ship crashes on a planet with a hunter-gatherer civilisation and i'm wondering if there is in fact any previous mention of such in the PF?

there are a few mentions, I think. mostly in amarr space though.

There's also a thing about one of the planets in Lirsautton too.
