PRE CAPSULEER: [HIDDEN]


REPUBLIC UNIVERSITY: Arrested on YC111.11.05 at Republic University [RUN] in Hulm for possession of Drop (6.7 fl oz), intent to distribute is suspect but no charge for trafficking was issued. Jail time and community service was issued and served. The subject was arrested again on YC112.05.22, one week after parole for the previous charge had been lifted, for unlawful possession of a firearm and disorderly conduct at Republic University. Bail was posted and paid and the subject resumed studies. In spite of the criminal charges, the subject displayed an impressive compatibility with the hydrostatic capsule when interfaced with frigate sized vessels. Republic University pushed the subject through training due to the Republic's increased need for capsuleers to combat the imminent threat of Sansha's Nation. On YC113.01.01 the subject received her CONCORD issued Capsuleer License and immediately refused offers to enlist with the Tribal Liberation Force.


EARLY CAPSULEER: After being given a referral by a peer from [RUN] the subject enlisted with The Minutemen [1-MIN] when they were a member of Gentlemen's Agreement [GENTS] in the Fountain region, during the campaign against IT Alliance [-IT-]. This employment was short lived; a few weeks later DED operatives confirmed the subject to be an affiliate of the rogue drone collective calling itself Entity [0RDS1]. The subject was likely to have undergone brainwashing, implant hacking or nanite poisoning. In short time the subject had engaged in a number of acts of terrorism with Entity, including: attempted abduction of civilians from Intaki V, disruption of DED operations, destruction of mining equipment, destruction of Federation property and conspiracy against the Gallente Federation.

By YC113.02.22 the subject appeared to be independent from Entity. The subject had been sighted in Outer Ring, far outside of CONCORD jurisdiction. DED operatives were not able to confirm from the subject's medical history but it is presumed the subject lost connection to Entity during an accidental destruction of the subject's hydrostatic capsule. The subject was enlisted with The Concordiat [DIAT], at the time a member of capsuleer alliance Valor Empire [VE], and took security contracts for Outer Ring Excavations.


SANSHA'S NATION: On YC113.03.20 it was confirmed that the subject had been a member of Zaratha Zarati [Z-Z], a dangerous sect that propagates Sansha's Nation philosophy, and was by now operating out of low security Metropolis and Heimatar. The subject became involved in a number of Shaktipat Revelator [SHARE] operations aimed at supporting Sansha Kuvakei's incursions as well as a coordinator of attacks targeting opponents of Sansha's campaign. Despite [SHARE] terms of engagement frowning upon the aggression of noncombatants that have been deemed not a threat, the subject's aggression extended to any presence not directly affiliated with Sansha's Nation. While a member of [Z-Z] the subject engaged in countless acts of terrorism, including but not limited to: abduction of civilians and military personnel, murder, piracy, destruction of civilian facilities, disruption of DED operations, disruption of military operations, and construction of an illegal Hypernet facility.

In the month of YC113.05 the subject sided with [Z-Z] Chairmistress Niraia during the [SHARE] internal conflict that ended with the takeover of the alliance by co-founder True Slave Foundations [TS-F] and the removal of [Z-Z]. Shortly after, the subject and Niraia moved to the region of Curse to make a new home for themselves. DED operatives assume that the subject and Niraia had a disagreement as they went seperate ways not long after.


RECENT NOTES: The subject reconnected with [DIAT] CEO Securitas Protector and founded the private security consulting firm Horns Of Steel [H0RNS]. The corporation supports itself by taking security contracts for the Guardian Angels division of the Angel Cartel. The subject has become a key figure in Concordiat Alliance [C] operations in Curse and its neighboring regions, as well as having been sighted causing trouble for the inhabitants of Tribute and Pure Blind.

The subject is still a fervent and vocal supporter of Nation's oppressive political structure but has renounced loyalty to Sansha Kuvakei, expressing concerns that he is incapable of fulfilling his vision due to a floundering campaign and his unwillingness to fully accept capsuleer aid. The subject is also known to attempt provoking hostility from other capsuleers via GalNet.

Cognitive behavioral therapy has failed to alleviate Etna's anxiety and mood disorders. Bipolar disorder is not present as she does not suffer from erratic mood swings. My reasoning was that if her tuition has been paid and the skills existed for her to be useful as a capsuleer, and the academic results were there, then they wouldn't have a lot of reasoning to expel her outright. She hadn't exactly murdered anyone or engaged in terrorism (at least that anyone was aware of), merely delinquency in addition to obvious psychological issues. Especially with incursions just on the horizon, there would be an increased need for capsuleers at this time.

I could be wrong in this reasoning though.

I assume that with the tendency of capulseers to go rogue anyway, they may as well be a little lenient with certain things.
That said, I'm not sure how far 'military' schools would let things slide.
