I imagine that almost everything decided at the fanfest thing will in some way involve memes.

Looking forward to the second SoCT research facility funded by TEST and PL, the "REEEEmote REEEEsearch Facility and Pleasure Palace"

I still wish I could go so you all need to take lots of pictures :D

I'm sorry to say that I wont be at fanfest this year. Very busy work week. Though since I do live in the country I can and would enjoy meeting some of you folks while your here.

Never been to a fanfest, but it seems to me the feedback this year was unusually positive and warm. C/D? Even CCP were taken by surprise with respect to the engagement from the Company P Inquest events. Portent of more good things to come, one hopes.

Vegas is a little too far and a little too expensive, but still tempting. Maybe CCP will send devs to SF again someday.

I can't speak for the attendees at large, but those who engaged in the event generally seemed to be enjoying themselves.  The pool of participation seemed to shrink from Day 1 compared to 2/3, but there were still at least a hundred or two hundred people playing the game towards the conclusion.

The Arataka faction seemed to be dominant and omnipresent, with associates everywhere collecting information to bring back to the principals for analysis.  The GMVA faction was less visible, but Jules and co. definitely were out there collecting influence, while you had individual actors like Trii Seo, Primal Storm, and Equaliser's fiancee showing up with crucial clues, or vials of the cure, or massive piles of vote tokens, etc.

On the whole, we collectively busted ass, found the vials, found the PEI, found Patient 7, and made that cure possible.  Had we not put as much effort into it as we did, we'd have several freshly-glassed locations in EVE to look at.
