Title: Rumor Mill thread.

Derp. It only occurred to me now that a thread like that would probably be better served if it was made and stickied by a mod from the boards. If it's a decent idea, mind just deleting mine and copypasting the content to a proper mod sticky? I think it could be a good way to hint at content for people to look for.

I'm inclined to agree that the two threads serve (or seem intended to serve) the same purpose.  I suggest merging them, and possibly putting the thread in PDC rather than Fiction (as content creation seems like the main thrust of the original thread anyway).

Objections?
